Sales Administrator
Location: St Ives
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8.00 am – 4:30 pm
Salary: Up to £11.50ph DOE

Our client is looking for a driven and confident individual to join their sales order processing team. The role involves managing a variety of tasks and facing challenges with a proactive attitude.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm and drive are what really count.
- You know how to keep customers happy, even when handling high volumes of emails.
- Keen eye for detail
- You’re self-motivated and can work independently
Duties:
- Talk to customers over the phone and email, providing top-notch service.
- Process and load orders onto the system with speed and precision.
- Advise customers on the best products and pricing options.
- Make sure customers get their order confirmations within 24 hours.
- Evaluate all orders to ensure they’re processed correctly.
- Assist customers with their questions promptly.
- Handle complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Keep customers informed about delivery and stock delays.
