Assistant Site Manager - St Ives
One of my clients, a medium sized family-owned timber frame developer, are looking to strengthen their team by recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their Cornwall division.
Applicants must have a proven background within house building and able to assist the Site Manager in pushing the progress on site. You will deputise if the Site Manager is unavailable and will ensure standards and moral is high throughout the team.
The development is already underway and works will continue on site for at least another 12 months, longevity is on offer for suitable candidates to move on to local sites throughout the area.
Please only apply if you possess the following:
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS card
- No less than 3 years experience as an Assistant Site Manager
- Trades background
- Must live locally to St Ives
