The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work alongside experienced colleagues, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion. You'll have the chance to lead on project cost management, value engineering, and contract administration, ensuring clients receive outstanding service.

We're looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor who combines technical expertise with a proactive attitude:

  • A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction related field.
  • At least 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management practice.
  • Proficiency in pre- and post-contract processes, with strong client-facing skills.
  • MRICS or currently working towards
