Client Administrator - Based in St Ives (OFFICE BASED)

21000-24000 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a specialist in Building Services and Facility Management, they cover sites UK wide and work with some of the leading real estate and property developers delivering first class/on-going property maintenance to iconic commercial sites.

The Client Administrator role will join a large team and receive bespoke sector training. To apply for the role the following background is required:

  • 12 months experience in an administration role within an office environment.
  • Be proficient in all Microsoft packages with experience logging client related data on internal computer systems.
  • Full driving license is preferred or be within 30 minutes of St Ives using public transport.
  • Super communication skills and working to project deadlines.

The Client Administrator role will ensure no one day is the same, you will work with a set number of clients and be 100% office based. Key duties will include:

  • Logging new jobs onto the internal system
  • Liaising with external engineers on work outstanding or to be completed
  • Ensuring all client data and queries are dealt with in a professional manner.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure external staff have the materials/tools required to carry out work requirements (Maintenance or Installation)
