A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager
Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss goals and strategies
Coach and mentor your team to achieve KPIs and personal development
Monitor and assess individual performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
Foster a team-oriented and positive working environment
Focus on generating new business and maintaining repeat business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders
Arrange property viewings and liaise with prospective buyers to ensure a smooth experience
Negotiate offers and agree on sales, ensuring client satisfaction
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain the highest business standards
Essential Skills & Experience
Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
Minimum of 2 year's experience in Estate Agency, ideally in a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer, or higher position
Ability to work effectively with others, building a positive and productive team spirit
Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
Strategic thinking with the ability to create and execute business plans tailored to the branch's needs
Knowledge of the local market and ability to monitor competitor activity
Strong understanding of estate agency legislation and compliance
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle high volumes of work
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work under your own initiative
Excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
