Salary:£24,400 per annum this equates to £13.40 based on a 35hr week, weekly paid
Contract Type:Temp to Perm
Hours:9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (1hr lunch break)
Start Date:Immediate

Company Overview:Our client is recognised as a global leader in the design and manufacture of laminate and parquet flooring systems and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented customer service advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in tandem with the external sales team to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained
- Responsible for processing large volumes of orders
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone, live chat and email
Requirements:
- Skills:Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and have previous experience of working within the customer service industry
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team
- IT Proficiency:Competent in using transport management software and O365 applications.
