Are you looking for a permanent role within Business to Business Customer Services?

Would you like to work on a hybrid basis, 2 days from home and 3 days in the office - Monday - Friday normal office hours?

Do you live within 30 - 45 minutes drive of St Neots, Cambridgeshire?

The Role:

As a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator you will be supporting clients primarily based in the German speaking region, whilst also covering the English speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone or email - ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

More detail:

  • Deal with incoming calls from the German and English markets
  • Deliver high quality customer service
  • Assist with new customer's enquiries
  • Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
  • Aiming to build long term relationship with clients

The Person:

We are looking for a confident fluent German speaker who will be able to communicate well with clients, coupled with strong administration and organisational skills.

  • Fluent in German & English
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive "can do" attitude

Our client is offering a starting basic salary of up to 27,000 plus attractive company benefits

You will need to commute to St.Neots Cambridge 3 days per week, working from home 2 days per week.
