We are partnering with a leading company in the equipment services industry to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure operational efficiency, meet production targets, and deliver exceptional service to customers while upholding high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities - Workshop Production Technician 

  • Assemble, set up, and maintain Toro and other machinery in the Groundcare workshop.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on various equipment.
  • Perform adjustments and component fittings according to technical standards and instructions.
  • Wash down equipment and prepare machinery for demonstrations, tournaments, and customer use.
  • Ensure all health and safety, risk assessments, and equipment protocols are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, contributing to good housekeeping practices.
  • Assist in improving processes and methods to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop technical expertise.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting team members and working additional hours when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements - Workshop Production Technician 

  • Mechanical assembly experience with relevant qualifications preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality results.
