Vision for Education are looking for a skilled and motivated Year 2 Teacher to join a high achieving  primary school in the St Neots area of Cambridgeshire for the second half of the spring term and the summer term.

 

About the role
This role is a full time two term cover however the role could be 3 or 4 days per week if that is preferable. The appointed teacher would be taken on originally for a two term contract and then there would be an opportunity to turn permanent after the end of the school year for the right candidate. The role will involve working with a class of 29 well-behaved children, working alongside a very experienced and supportive teaching assistant. Planning and resources are in place.

The school is a popular with around 175 pupils. The school benefits from a supportive and approachable SLT team and a friendly work environment. 

 

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 1 Teacher you will:

  • To have QTS in the UK (qualified teacher status)
  • To have recent experience teaching in a primary school
