Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop design to construction using BIM processes (4D, 5D & 5D+), optimising sustainability, digital engineering, buildability, carbon, logistics, industrialisation, maintenance, and health/safety during construction and in use.
- Drive production of As-Built information with asset data-rich 2D/3D models and drawings.
- Support the BIM Manager with coordination, assurance, and reporting of BIM information.
- Assist the construction team with model and drawing development.
Job Requirements:
- Appropriate professional qualification to HNC or higher.
- Thorough knowledge of BIM implementation on a project.
- Knowledge and awareness of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192, and ISO 19650.
- Good communication and administrative skills.
