My client based in St Neots is currently recruiting for an experienced and results driven Business Development Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This is an exciting role that will report directly to the Group Head of Sales and play a pivotal part in driving the company's expansion of their solution services. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities nationally and internationally, through proactive lead generation and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

· Full Driving Licence required as you will be travelling in the role (Max 3 penalty points)

· Salary £35-45,000 (OTE £50,000+)

· Car Allowance

We would like someone who is:

Ideally, you have a strong background in Business Development or a similar sales-focused role, with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results. · Someone who works well within a team and embraces company culture.

You will have:

· Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles.

· Experience in technical fields such as Mobile, CCTV, Alarms, or other electronic solutions would be highly beneficial.

· A genuine passion for selling solutions and adding value to your clients.
