Job: FRA Carpenter

Area: North and East london ( patched of to where you live)

We are seeking a skilled FRA Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using hand and power tools to fabricate and repair structures according to specifications.

This role is working for a leading housing association, they have contracts all over London

Duties:

Construct and install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, counters, and stairs.
Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fibreglass, drywall, and other materials
Build scaffolding and other construction structures
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks as neede
Repair or replace damaged roof structures
Carry out joinery work including fitting doors, windows, and staircases
Undertake masonry work such as bricklaying or tiling
Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props
Paint surfaces according to instructions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter
Proficient in using hand tools and power tool
Ability to fabricate, plumb, perform basic electrical work, roof repairs, joinery tasks, masonry work, assembly work, and painting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship
Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job
Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
