About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lift Engineer to join our client'steam in North London. As a Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for the service maintenance and repairof lift systems, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance & Servicing: Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of lifts, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems.
  • ssist in the installation and commissioning of new lift systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and compliance documentation.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication regarding maintenance schedules and any required repairs or upgrades.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety standards, industry regulations (e.g., EN81), and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in themaintenance and repair of lift systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid UK driving license (essential).

Desirable:

  • Experience with various lift brands and control systems.
  • Knowledge of modern lift technology and automation systems.
  • CSCS card or equivalent certification.
