This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong audit and accounts experience who enjoys working with a diverse client portfolio, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a forward-thinking practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and assisting with audits from planning to completion
- Preparing statutory accounts and financial statements
- Managing client relationships and providing high-quality service
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing mentorship
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments
Skills & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong audit and accounts experience within an accountancy practice
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
