Management Accountant

Part-time - flexible hours (full time applications will also be considered)

Office based with 1 day working from home

Butler Rose is delighted to be partnered with a fantastic owner-managed SME based in central Hertfordshire, (between Luton and St Albans) who are looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a part-time basis.With a hugely warm and friendly team to welcome you, this really is a great opportunity to join a close knit and well established team.

Who are we looking for? - This is a role that requires someone who is confident working with minimal guidance - someone who has good previous experience with management accounts and can hit the ground running - You will be someone who is keen to work in a friendly, sociable environment. This is largely an office based role with bags of flexibility around hours! - You will be an excellent communicator. Ideally, you will have some experience with relationship building, perhaps with clients or suppliers - It is essential that you have some group company, multi-site or accountancy practice experience - You will be confident in a deadline driven environment - You will be flexible in your approach, confident and personable with a positive and adaptable nature. - You will ideally have Xero system skills, and good Excel experience (inc vlookups/pivot table)Responsibilities of the role include: - Data analysis - budget versus actual, costs analysis etc (good Excel skills are therefore essential)
