Our client, a leading tax advisory firm, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Probate Tax Director to join their team, based just north of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a dynamic department and provide strategic direction in probate tax services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the probate tax department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on probate tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client outcomes.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of probate tax returns and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in probate tax, with a proven track record of managing complex cases.
