- Day to day bookkeeping
- Payroll processing and pension administration
- Managing email / query inbox
- General accounts admin Who are we looking for?- You will be someone who is keen to work in a friendly, sociable environment. This is a hybrid / office based role with bags of flexibility around hours! (1 day from home, 2 during school holidays) and a minimum of 25 hours/week- You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written comms. Ideally, you will have some experience with relationship building, perhaps with clients or suppliers- You will be working with different clients with similar deadlines and so will be confident in a deadline driven environment- You will be flexible in your approach, confident and personable with a positive and adaptable nature.- You will have XERO system skills, and good Excel experience If you are currently looking for a new challenge and are looking for part-time hours with lots of flexibility, please do get in touch!
