This is one of the largest civil engineering and infrastructure contractors in the UK who are looking to recruit a new Design Manager to manage design teams involved in their growing body of works, covering £5m - £50m projects. The role supports the project delivery teams by managing the development of concept, and detailed design solutions based on client and site-specific requirements for water and wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.

Ideal Design Manager applicants will be degree/HNC qualified in Civil Engineering and a member of a recognised professional body. The most ideal experience will be in the design management of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, hydraulics, and MEICA. The candidate needs to be self-driven and results oriented, with strong management of people, time, and project design.
