This is a Reconciliations Clerk positionwithin a small team, and reporting into the Finance Manager. The suitable candidate will join an excellent business known for their internal culture. Job Specification

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations of a number of product accounts
  • Raising cheques, and monitor cheque payments
  • Input daily transfers and payments on to relevant internet banking system
  • Provide back-up support to the cashier function
  • Produce management information as determined by direct line manager
  • Understanding of client money regulations

Person Profile

  • Keen to develop themselves and play an integral part in the business’ growth
  • Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
  • With previous experience using Excel
  • With previous experience dealing with high volume reconciliations
  • Available on short notice
