Sonic Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join our finance department permanently.
The position requires working hours from 9 AM to 5:30 PM in an office-based environment.
Candidates should have previous all-round accounts experience and ideally be part qualified.
Key skills include proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as experience with accounting software.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts assistant to join our busy finance department on a permanent basis. Working hours 9-5.30 office based.

You will work as part of a small team reporting directly into the managing director and ideally have previous all round accounts experience.

You will have:

- IT skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word

- Experience of accounting software and / or payroll functions

- Knowledge of MS Navision and / or Sage payroll would be an advantage

- Previous accounts experience in all aspects of accounting, possibly part qualified

Working closely with our finance team, the main duties will involve:

Processing of sales invoices

Processing of customer receipts (bank and card)

Reconciling sales ledger balances

Debt collection

Checking credit card payments to amounts received in the bank

Provision of sales information to the director

Liaising with customers
