Sales Development Representative

Our client is the leading eLearning solutions provider within their space - they now require a new team, a blend of candidates that have a little sales experience and those completely new to the discipline.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in St.Albans.

About the Role

This role focuses on identifying and developing new sales opportunities, primarily within existing client accounts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong, long-term client relationships. Your contributions will be instrumental to the team's overall success.

  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful deal closure.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's overall revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
About You

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and a demonstrable understanding of the sales cycle. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented sales approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
