Account Development Executive

Our client is the leading eLearning solutions provider within their space - they now require a new team, a blend of candidates that have a little sales experience and those completely new to the discipline.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in St.Albans.

About the Role

This role focuses on cultivating existing client accounts and identifying new sales opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and fostering strong, lasting client relationships.

  • Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell within existing client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to close deals and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by consistently exceeding targets.
About You

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals. Ideally, you will have some sales experience, although this is not essential.

  • B2B selling experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
