Looking for a Resident Liaison officer to join a leading Property Services Company based in St Albans working on a planned maintenance contract across the area
You will be working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role or industry
- Are happy to travel around service area (company vehicle provided)
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Are an excellent communicator
