Are you a strong Administrator with an interest in HR, Recruitment and Training Admin/Processes?
Our client, a 250 strong professional services organisation, is growing rapidly and strengthening their talent pipeline in their early careers space. This role reports into the HR Manager and works alongside an Early Careers Co-ordinator focused on Graduates, Undergraduates and Degree Apprenticeships.
The role will support across:
• Resourcing & On-boarding
• Professional Study and Membership
• Employee Lifecycle Administration
• General HR Administration
Key Background required:
• Educated to degree standard. A CIPD level 3 qualification is desirable.
• A minimum of 12 months administrative experience - ideally in an HR department
• Able to deal confidently and effectively with employees and partners.
• Organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines calmly.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Hands on, flexible and proactive
• Strong IT skills
• Has a 'can do’ attitude
• Has an interest in making a difference to the employee community i.e. to Charity Champion, Wellbeing Champion, DEI activities.
