Job Title: IT Manager Salary: Negotiable due to experience Location: St Albans and some travel to Radlett Contract: Permanent, full time 聽聽 Hours: 聽Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.15 pm
An exciting opportunity to work for an established business in the professional services industry. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as an IT Manager and will ensure our client have the required IT systems and capacity to deliver an outstanding service to their clients. You will take leadership in creating an IT strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities: 路Working closely with the Head of Operations to develop & lead the IT function 路Creating an IT Strategy and roadmap 路Owning the portfolio of live and planned IT Projects 路Ensuring that all IT projects are appropriately planned and managed to time and budget and quality 路Day to day management of all IT Supplier relationships 路Ensuring the service desk is performing through management of KPIs 路Assisting in setting the annual IT budget 路Line management of the in-house IT team 聽 Skills and Experience: 路Strong understanding of Hardware, software, Networking and cybersecurity technologies 路Proficiency in IT infrastructure planning implementation and optimisation 路Experience of creating and implementing strategic IT plans and policies 路Previous experience of working on complex IT Projects, both software development and infrastructure change 路Skilled in managing IT Supplier relationships 聽 Additional Information: 路Company Pension Contribution 路Health Cash Plan 路Free Mortgage Advice Service 路Subsidised Car Parking Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
