The Role:
As Brand Manager, you’ll take full ownership of this famous heritage brand that already holds #1 status within its product category and is a UK family favourite!
This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand through a significant restage while being deeply involved in the full marketing mix. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving and executing the brand's innovation pipeline, with end-to-end ownership of NPD projects.
- Developing and implementing strategic communication plans to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders to deliver business goals.
- Monitoring brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities and implement proactive solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute individual with:
- FMCG Marketing Experience: Proven expertise in managing brands within the FMCG space, ideally with experience in NPD and communications.
- Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to drive brand growth through innovative and strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: The ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
