The Role:

As Brand Manager, you’ll take full ownership of this famous heritage brand that already holds #1 status within its product category and is a UK family favourite!

This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand through a significant restage while being deeply involved in the full marketing mix. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving and executing the brand's innovation pipeline, with end-to-end ownership of NPD projects.
  • Developing and implementing strategic communication plans to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders to deliver business goals.
  • Monitoring brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities and implement proactive solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • FMCG Marketing Experience: Proven expertise in managing brands within the FMCG space, ideally with experience in NPD and communications.
