Head of Marketing

£60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm) with travel to London at least once a week.

Resourcing4Marketing are thrilled to be partnering with a distinguished law firm with a strong heritage, comprised of a team of talented lawyers and support staff committed to providing high-quality, straightforward, and honest legal advice. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies, promoting the company services and brand on local, national, and international levels.

  • Partner with senior leaders and heads of departments to develop and lead our marketing strategy and business development efforts.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring alignment with the firm's wider strategy.
  • Lead the Marketing and Front of House team, enhancing client service and expanding the marketing team. Collaborate with HR and Recruitment to promote our employer brand, culture, and growth strategy, including a dedicated training academy.
  • Develop internal communications to foster a collaborative and happy team environment across both offices.
  • Create and implement marketing plans to boost brand visibility, client retention, and acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including content creation, PPC campaigns, and performance analysis to increase digital visibility and website traffic.
  • Produce compelling content for the firm's website, e-newsletters, social media, and other channels.
  • Organise and participate in industry events, client events, conferences, and seminars to showcase our expertise. Facilitate networking opportunities for lawyers and stakeholders to expand professional connections.
  • Analyse marketing campaigns' effectiveness, using data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and practice teams to align marketing and business development with the firm’s goals to ensure consistency across the business

Key experience:

  • Extensive experience in marketing and business development within legal or professional services.
  • Degree or similar qualification in Marketing, Humanities, or Business-related field (CIM qualifications preferred).
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successful marketing strategy implementation.
  • Financial literacy, comfortable with metrics and budget management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, GA4, and social media.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
