Are you a creative and commercially minded marketer looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on developing innovative campaigns, driving brand awareness, and delivering real results? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their busy in-house marketing team. You'll play a key role in supporting their brand, partners, and directors, working across a variety of B2B marketing initiatives.

  • Be part of a collaborative and energetic marketing team
  • Lead exciting campaigns that make an impact
  • Engage with digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from any four offices across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire or London 

Responsibilities

  • Implementing brand marketing and business development strategies
  • Leading and developing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads
  • Advising partners on marketing approaches and embedding a culture of audience-driven marketing
  • Working closely with designers, videographers, and marketing agencies to bring campaigns to life
  • Managing and optimising digital marketing activities, including SEM, SEO, PPC, and social campaigns
  • Overseeing website content management (WordPress experience desirable)
  • Preparing business development tenders and pitching for new business
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness and reporting on ROI

Skills and requirements

  • Degree-level qualification, CIM preferred
  • Proven background in marketing, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and AI tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work proactively
  • Confidence to present ideas and work closely with senior stakeholders
