Day-to-day of the role:
  • Maintain and expand client base via sales activity including calls and emails
  • Build strong personal relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers 
  • Submit quotes, overcome objections, and convert opportunities to win business.
  • Guide clients through the administrative requirements of shipping 
  • Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and account reviews, either via Teams or face-to-face as circumstances permit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Friendly telephone manner and energetic, enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong negotiating skills and good attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
