Pump Engineer Job Overview
Our client, a leading independent supplier of building service pumps, is on the lookout for a new Pump Engineer to join their team. They offer a salary ranging from 36,000 - 40,000 +, door-to-door travel pay, and additional bonuses. The Pump Engineer would be tasked with dealing with various clean and wastewater pumps. If successful you would be servicing, stripping down, fault finding, repairing and installing these pumps across a range of commercial sites in Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire. Ideally, we are looking for someone who will have a minimum of 3 years experience as our client is looking for a more experienced engineer who can complete jobs to the highest quality and deliver premium service to all customers.
You will need to be located in and around Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire as that is where the majority of work is located. Some work may require additional travel either further north or south on the rare occasion to meet the demands of the client's contracts.
Pump Engineer Job Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience working with pumps
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a field service engineer
* Full UK driving licence
* Wastewater and clean water experience
* Ability to problem-solve and fault find
Pump Engineer Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary of 36,00 - 40,000 + (DOE)
* Door-to-door travel
* Private healthcare after 1 year's service
* 45 hours per week
* Overtime
* 1 in 8 call out rota
* 28 days annual leave (inc. 8 days bank holiday)
* Up to an additional 2,500 - 3000 extra per annum based on a Jobs completed bonus
