Regional Design Manager - Civil/Water/Utilities
Location: St. Albans for London and Southern Region
Salary: 80-90,000 + comprehensive package
TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Regional Design Manager to oversee design delivery for water sector projects across London and the Southern Region. This role involves driving efficient design solutions, ensuring technical compliance, and leading a team of design coordinators and pre-construction managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional design delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee technical solutions from concept to detailed design for clean water, wastewater, and biosolids treatment.
- Ensure compliance with client and statutory standards and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with internal design teams and external consultants.
- Collaborate with project managers and supply chain partners to optimise delivery.
- Manage temporary works, ensuring safety and design integrity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' design and management experience in civil engineering.
- Degree/HNC in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Chartered or working towards membership of a recognised engineering institution.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in foul water drainage and potable water mains desirable.
