This is an exciting opportunity to step into a managerial role within a well-established company renowned for its exceptional staff retention, continual progression and development opportunities and the autonomy to make the role your own.This well-established company have over 20 years of experience within the Fire industry and specialize in the installation, servicing, and repair of fire safety and security equipment. Due to a department restructure they are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the team of 70 in their St Albans branch.As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships while supporting a team of engineers in their professional and personal development. You'll identify training needs, provide solutions, and continually develop client relationships. You will work closely with the existing Customer Service Manager in addition to liaising closely with other members of the senior leadership team,This varied role would suit an individual with a background in Fire Safety, Construction, or the Electrical industry, ready to step into an autonomous Customer Service Manager offering ongoing management training courses, and a generous holiday package.The Role:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting and guiding a team of engineers in their development
  • Identifying training needs and implementing solutions
