Key responsibilities:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Check all documentation on the job file for accuracy and completeness.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review Operative worksheets for updated assets and update accordingly ensuring all information is correctly captured.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify remedial work arising from routine maintenance activities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the preparation of the monthly contract report and ad-hoc reports.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage requests for documentation.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Train employees on how to use and access the documents.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate and collaborate with Helpdesk Operators, Operatives and sub-contractors working on the GTR depots contract.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow company processes and procedures.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Meet all KPIs measured on a periodic basis.

What the client are looking for:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 At least 2 years in a similar admin focused role

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficient in the use of standard MS Office packages

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work to deadlines

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborative/team player

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High attention to detail
