We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a friendly, well-established company based on the outskirts of St Albans.
If you have experience as a Project Coordinator either within construction or working for an SME and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your skillset in a varied role, this is a great opportunity!

Key responsibilities:
· Assist Project Managers in planning, organising and implementing construction projects
· Effectively manage project teams’ financial commitments, raising PO’s and billing
· Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
· Monitor project progress and address any issues
· Ensure compliance with safety quality standards
· Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
· Accurate ordering of stock and materials
· Liaising with clients and site managers
What the client is looking for:
· 2+ years’ experience in a similar project coordinator role
· A background in construction or working for an SME
· Experience raising purchase orders and invoices
· Proficient use of Excel
· A good understanding of numeric data
· Excellent communicator
· Organised, able to prioritise and deliver within high pressure, business critical environments
· Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, flexibility and a great communicator
· Driving license and own car essential (due to location)
