In this pivotal role, you will supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the security department, focusing on service and reactive calls. You'll be responsible for leading and developing a diverse team of engineers to ensure they deliver customer experience while adhering to industry standards.
This role would suit someone with a background in Engineering within the Fire or Security industry looking for a supervisory position in a company that provide support, personal growth and generous benefits.
THE ROLE:
- Supervise and lead the engineering team, monitoring performance and implementing training plans
- Provide technical support and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Establish quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met
- Onsite role
THE PERSON:
- Background in Engineering within the Security or Fire Industry
- Background in or seeking supervisory roles
- Full UK driving license
