Role:
Regen Solutions are currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Contract Manager to join their ever growing team.

As an Contract Manager you based between head office and site managing a newly won contract for a supported housing provider.

Property locations range from London, Essex to East Anglia. Works include all kinds a planned maintenance projects, both internal and external.


Experience:
As Contracts Manager you will ensure programme requirements are met in line with business objectives and client and customer aspirations and expectations.
This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and will involve:

  • Managing contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing people, sub-contractors and processes to ensure that all works are controlled and delivered within the time frames required and that they meet the minimum standard set by the Clients KPI's.
  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.

  • Experience in completing construction phase plans
  • Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams
  • P&L, cash flow and costs
  • Creating a work safe culture
  • Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time
  • Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
  • Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook
  • Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
  • A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team
  • Able to produce and deliver progress reports
  • Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management team
