As the Contract Manager, you will take the reins of our rail Hard FM services contract, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met, thereby driving profitability for the company. You will lead a dedicated team, work closely with colleagues, and reinforce our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage rail Hard FM services contract, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

- Produce daily performance reports and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

- Lead client meetings, preparing action plans to address outcomes.

- Mentor and inspire your team to facilitate cohesive operations across all departments.

- Oversee periodic audits and the application for payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

- Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations while monitoring the quality of work.


**Who You Are**

- You possess a minimum of 10 years experience in contract management within the rail industry.

- You hold PTS qualifications and a full UK driving licence.

- You have a solid track record in facilities management and have successfully managed projects within budget and on time.

- Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills enhance your collaborative nature as a team player.

- You pride yourself on your attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.

- You are self-motivated, organised, and have a flair for people management and leadership.
