Looking for a Resident Liaison officer to join a leading Property Services Company based in St Albans working on a planned maintenance contract across the area
You’ll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to a well established team that deliver refurbishments and upgrades to Social Housing Properties. Your role will be to liaise with tenants regarding repairs, update on progress and make sure any complaints are received in accordance with policy and procures. This role is ideal for someone who likes working in a fast paced environment and wants to give back to their community.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role or industry ideally Social Housing
- Have a full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
- Are an excellent communicator
