Job Title: Customer Support Advisor
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 (DOE)
Location: St Albans
Contract: Full time, Permanent-

Hours: Shift Patterns - Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:30am and 10pm (37.5 hours per week on a rota basis)

Our well-established client based in the centre of St Albans are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

If you have experience dealing with inbound customer calls and have a wonderful telephone manner this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Previous experience in a customer services-based role.  

• Competent with Microsoft Packages.

• Previous experience dealing with inbound calls, email, and live chat queries.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• A polite and professional telephone manner

• Interest in sports would be beneficial due to the nature of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to all incoming client queries via telephone, live chat and email.
  • Develop a good understanding of the companies’ products and services, along with pricing.
  • Seeing customer queries right through to resolution.
  • Assist with creating self-service help tools for clients to speed up the customer service process
  • Support with new account openings.
  • Provide support to Customer Service Manager on an Ad-Hoc basis.
