Sonic Summary

My client is seeking an Account Manager to enhance client relationships and maximize business opportunities.
Candidates should have experience in sales, customer service, or operations, along with a proven track record in handling RFQs and tender submissions.
The role requires strong negotiation skills with clients and suppliers, as well as key account management experience.
The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £29,000, with an additional bonus of up to £5,000 and a contributory pension.
Applicants should possess good administrative, numerical, and IT skills, and ideally have at least a few years of relevant experience.

My client is looking for an Account Manager to build and develop existing client relationships and maximise business potential.

Experience/ skill required

Either Sales / customer service or Operations experience.
Proven success of handling and calculating RFQ’s and tender submissions.
Experience of negotiating with clients and or suppliers.
Key account management experience with proven success of developing relationships.
Experience of calculating KPI reports.
Experience of face to face client and supplier meeting.
Good administrative skills.
Good numerical skills.
Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Can do sales / customer service orientation.
Strong work ethic.
Good attention to detail.
Calm under pressure.

Salary- £26,000 to £29,000 basic plus up to £5,000 bonus plus contributory Pension

Hours- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
