Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:· Working alongside class teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom management. · Providing tailored support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). · Encouraging student engagement and fostering a positive learning environment. · Assisting with lesson planning and preparation of learning materials. · Supporting students social, emotional, and academic development.

About You:· A graduate with a degree in any discipline (education, psychology, or related fields preferred). · Passionate about education and helping children achieve their best. · Excellent communication and organizational skills. · Patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships with students. · Experience working with children (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential.
