The Home Manager will:
- Ensure all residents receive compassionate, person-centered care.
- Lead, support, and supervise staff, offering guidance as needed.
- Partner with the Area Manager to achieve business goals and maintain CQC compliance.
- Drive occupancy levels through effective marketing strategies.
- Manage reporting processes and budget oversight.
- Collaborate with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold excellence.
The Home Manager will receive:
