Position: Panel Wirer
Salary: 18.00ph - 20.00ph
Location: St Albans
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am- 4pm
Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Panel Wirers begin work for a leading engineering company based in St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity working for a world leader in the design, manufacture, assembly and distribution of high quality switchgear solutions.
Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit additional Panel Wirers to meet the requirements of their new and existing customers and projects.
You will be required to assist with the fitting and wiring of electrical power components within the sheet metal enclosures. Other duties may require you to assist with the Fitting team with regards to the installation of main busbar systems when required. Our client requires candidates that are able to wire from electrical schematic diagrams.
You will be responsible for:
Wiring electrical components in accordance with schematic diagrams.
* Assisting with the fitting electrical components to chassis plates and external covers.
* Assisting with the fitting copper busbar systems.
* Assist with installation of LV switchgear at site when required.
