Due to an influx of large order, our client are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join them on a permanent basis. This is initially a workshop based role, but has the scope to encompass field based / service work in the future (training will be given)

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret electronic drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Cable Assembly, Wiring, Soldering and Electro-Mechanical Assembly
  • Use hand tools and soldering equipment to solder and connect components.
  • Pick components from the stores department for production
  • Goods out / dispatch work if needed
Qualifications / Background
  • Proven experience in electronics assembly and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and drawings.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and soldering equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work.
Day-to-Day
  • Cable Assembly and Cable forming
  • Wiring, Assembly, Soldering and Mechanical work
  • Reading and interpreting electronic drawings and schematics.
  • Some drilling of metal work might also be required
  • Stores work and dispatch when needed as well.
