Salary: 30-40,000 Dependant on experience

A well-established architectural practice, specialising in residential-led projects, is seeking a talented Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their friendly and supportive team. Key Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Working on residential-led projects, from concept to completion
- Preparing planning and building regulation drawings
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Assisting with technical problem-solving and construction detailing
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience working on residential-led projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
