We are recruiting for an Audit Manager to join a well-established, close-knit team offering a people-first approach and excellent career progression opportunities. What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage audits, acting as the main contact for clients, engagement partners, and your team.
- Handle all aspects of audit assignments, including planning, budgeting, time management, and file reviews.
- Mentor and support managers, qualified staff, and trainees, ensuring their professional development.
- Identify client development opportunities and assist in presenting pitches to potential clients.
- Promote firm-wide productivity and efficiency while maintaining audit quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent).
- Experience managing a portfolio with at least 70% audit work and leading audit teams, including group audits.
- In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 101, FRS 102, and IFRS.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to client care and service.
- Motivated and driven with the ability to inspire and guide others.
