We are recruiting for an Audit Manager to join a well-established, close-knit team offering a people-first approach and excellent career progression opportunities. This role is ideal for a qualified professional looking to take on a leadership position, mentor a team, and manage a diverse portfolio of clients while maintaining high-quality audit standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage audits, acting as the main contact for clients, engagement partners, and your team.
  • Handle all aspects of audit assignments, including planning, budgeting, time management, and file reviews.
  • Mentor and support managers, qualified staff, and trainees, ensuring their professional development.
  • Identify client development opportunities and assist in presenting pitches to potential clients.
  • Promote firm-wide productivity and efficiency while maintaining audit quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent).
  • Experience managing a portfolio with at least 70% audit work and leading audit teams, including group audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 101, FRS 102, and IFRS.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to client care and service.
  • Motivated and driven with the ability to inspire and guide others.
