Job Summary
As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insights, influence decision-making and drive efficiencies across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams and leadership, you will support cost optimisation, profitability improvement and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leadership to align financial performance with business strategy.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial targets across multiple business areas.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyse key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Provide financial modelling and analysis for strategic decisions (e.g., investments, expansions).
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to align financial and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and audit requirements.
- Standardise and improve financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
- Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis or business partnering.
- Experience in multi-site or complex business environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar ERP systems).
