Job Summary

As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insights, influence decision-making and drive efficiencies across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams and leadership, you will support cost optimisation, profitability improvement and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and leadership to align financial performance with business strategy.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial targets across multiple business areas.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Analyse key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Provide financial modelling and analysis for strategic decisions (e.g., investments, expansions).
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and audit requirements.
  • Standardise and improve financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

  • Experience in multi-site or complex business environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar ERP systems).
