Description
- Work closely with management to influence financial decision-making
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports
- Maintain financial models and forecasts
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Support the business with ad-hoc financial analysis
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- A professional accounting qualification
