We are partnering with our client to find an experienced Financial Adviser to join their rapidly expanding team in Bishop's Stortford. If you are a skilled and self-driven financial adviser with a talent for building client relationships, a passion for networking, and a commitment to providing outstanding service, this role could be your perfect match.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and manage new client leads
- Confidently conduct initial meetings through to implementation, including drafting suitability reports
- Effectively service an existing book of clients
Preferred Requirements:
- Diploma-level qualification with competent adviser status for at least 2 years
- Proven experience as an independent financial adviser
- Expertise in designing and delivering cash flow modelling to clients
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
- Chartered Financial Planner status or progress towards Chartered level is desirable
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (iO) and Voyant software is desirable
